Carnival Fine Dine Restaurant & Verandah Hookah Lounge

Carnival Fine Dine Restaurant & Verandah Hookah Lounge is over at 7/17-(2) on Parvati Bagla Road. We are in the Tilak Nagar part of Kanpur, right near Raina Market. This place is a bit of a mix. We have the main dining area for families and people who want a full meal, and then we have the verandah for the hookah. It's a fairly large space for this neighborhood. We are in the 208002 area and the road outside can get quite busy in the evenings. We don't have any fancy corporate backers or anything. It is just a local business that we run ourselves. We spend a lot of time making sure both sections of the place are running right. One minute we are checking on the food in the kitchen and the next we are making sure the lounge area is comfortable for the guests. Tilak Nagar is a lively area and we get a lot of people coming in after they finish their shopping at Raina Market. We don't use much marketing talk. We just open up and do the work. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights when more people show up. We just try to keep things organized and make sure everyone has a place to sit. It’s a lot of work but it keeps us on our toes.
