Vivenkananda School

Over in Sbi Colony in Pulivendula, you will find Vivenkananda School. We have been a part of this neighborhood for many years. It is a quiet area for the most part, which is good for a school. The building is simple and we have tried to make the most of the space we have. Most of the kids who come here live within walking distance or just a short ride away. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment or high-tech gadgets in every room. It is more about the teachers and the students sitting down together to get through the syllabus. Our staff is local, and many of the parents are people we see at the market every weekend. It makes the school feel more like a community than just a place of work. We have a small playground where the kids spend their breaks, and it can get quite noisy then. The rest of the time, it’s just the sound of someone reading aloud or the scratching of pens on paper. We keep things running as best as we can, even when the weather is too hot or things get a bit disorganized. It’s an honest place where we just try to help the kids learn their basics. No one is putting on an act here; we are just a local school doing our job every day. We don't spend much on decorations, just the basic stuff to keep the place looking decent for the children. It serves its purpose well enough.
