Balavikas English Medium School

Balavikas English Medium School is over in Yerramukkapalli in Kadapa. We’ve been at this spot for a long time now, serving the 516001 area. The school is a bit of a landmark for the people living in Yerramukkapally. It’s a regular school building where we try to keep things honest and hardworking. We don't have any polished slogans or corporate goals. We just want the kids to learn their English and math so they can have a good future. The day starts early with the sound of students arriving and then it’s just the sound of lessons for the rest of the day. The teachers here aren't robots, they are real people who sometimes get tired but always show up. We have a lot of history in this building. You can see it in the worn-down steps and the old desks. It’s got character. We don't try to hide that it's an older place. It works for us and it works for the families. Most of our students live just a few streets away. It’s a community school in every sense. We don't spend money on big ads because word of mouth in Kadapa is usually enough. People know what we do and they know we’ve been doing it the same way for years. It’s just a reliable place for kids and we enjoy being a part of it. We keep the gates open for the neighborhood.
