Hariyali Dhani & The J S Regency

We are located on the Jaipur Bypass Road in Jodhpur. Our place is called Hariyali Dhani and we also have The J S Regency right here. It’s near the New High Court, so the road is usually full of cars and people heading to work. Being on the bypass means we get a lot of travelers who are just passing through Jodhpur on their way to other places. The sun out here in Rajasthan is very strong, so we have a lot of open space that gets quite hot in the afternoon. We have rooms for people to stay and a place where they can eat. It’s a bit of a walk from the main city center, but that makes it a little quieter at night. We spend our time looking after the gardens and making sure the rooms are ready for whoever shows up. Sometimes it’s a family on vacation, and other times it’s just someone working at the court. The staff here is mostly local folks who have been with us for a while. We don't have a big corporate team, just us trying to keep things tidy and running smoothly. The evening time is usually the best when the sun goes down and it starts to cool off a bit. We sit outside and watch the lights from the cars on the bypass. It’s a simple way of living and working out here on the edge of the city.
