Gazdar Chicken Takk

Jodhpur is a town that knows its food, and we are out in Pratap Nagar, Sector F. We have Shop No. 14, right near the LMJ service road. If you know that area, you know it can get quite dusty and hot during the day. We spend our time at the shop getting everything ready for the people who come by. It’s a simple spot. We aren't trying to be a fancy dining hall. It’s more about the chicken and getting the orders right. The service road stays busy with bikes and trucks, so there’s always something to look at while we work. We’ve got our routine down. We start early to beat the worst of the heat and get the prep work done. Most of our customers are locals from Pratap Nagar or people working nearby who want something to eat. We don't have a big team, just a few of us doing the cooking and the cleaning. The shop is small, but we make the most of the space we have. We don’t use any corporate talk here. At Gazdar Chicken Takk, we just tell people what we have and get it to them. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and working over the heat, but that’s the business. We like being part of the Jodhpur food scene, even if we are just a small shop on a service road doing our daily thing.
