Fort Chanwa Restaurant

Out here in Luni, things move a bit slower than they do in Jodhpur city. Our restaurant is part of the scene here in this corner of Rajasthan. The address is 342802, but most folks just know us as the spot in Luni near the fort. It gets very quiet at night, and during the day, the sun really hits the stone walls. We spend a lot of time just managing the daily chores that come with running a place in a small village. There is always something to fix or a supply delivery that is running late. We get people who are visiting the area or just passing through the desert. It is not a place with a lot of noise. We mostly just focus on getting the day started early and making sure there is enough tea and food for whoever walks in. The Luni area has its own charm, even if it is a bit dusty and dry most of the year. We are just local people working at Fort Chanwa Restaurant. Some of us have lived in Luni our whole lives. It is just a regular job for us, keeping the tables wiped down and the kitchen running. We don't do much in the way of big events, just the usual daily routine of serving people who come by to see the village or stay nearby.
