Forresta Restaurant

We are located out in Village Bhakrasani, just off the Pali highway in Jodhpur. Most people find us because we are near the Jojari river in the Jhalamand area. It is a bit of a drive from the main city center, but that is how things are out here. We have been running Forresta Restaurant for a while now. The days get quite hot, especially in the afternoons, but the river nearby sometimes brings a little breeze. Usually, it is just travelers stopping by on their way down the highway or locals from Jhalamand coming in for a meal. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. Just some tables and chairs and the kitchen going all day. Sometimes the dust from the road gets everywhere, so we are always cleaning up. It stays pretty busy during the wedding season since the highway sees a lot of traffic then. We just try to keep the food ready and the water cold. It is a simple setup. Nothing too complicated about what we do. If you are driving towards Pali, you will see our sign near the turn-off. We spend most of our time making sure the kitchen is stocked and the staff is ready for the lunch rush. It is a lot of work keeping a place like this going in the heat. We just keep at it day after day because it is what we know.
