We don’t have any polished slogans or mission statements to give you. We just run the restaurant. Some days are more tiring than others, but we keep at it. The staff here is like a small family. Jodhpur can be very hot, so we try to keep the place as cool as we can with fans. We don’t have a big office or anything. Everything happens right here at the restaurant.
