Deja Vu Restaurant

You can find us tucked inside Jalori Gate, right across from Razdan Mension. Jodhpur is a hot place, especially in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going all day. This restaurant is not very big, but we have enough tables for families and people who just want a quick bite. Being near the gate means there is always something happening outside. You hear the autos honking and people shouting, but it feels like home to us. We have been in this spot for a while and the menu hasn't changed much because people seem to like what we make. The kitchen is always busy from lunch until late at night. We don't use any fancy machines, just normal pots and pans like you have at your house. Sometimes we run out of certain things if the market was short that morning, but we always find something else to cook. It is a bit crowded during the weekends when everyone is out and about in the city. Our staff knows most of the people who walk through the door by their first names. We just try to keep the floors swept and the food hot. It is not a five-star place with white tablecloths, but the chairs are comfortable enough for a meal. Most people come here because they are already in the Jalori Gate area and need a place to sit for a bit.
