Ram Textiles

Our place is located on Road No. 8 over in Basni Phase II. We are right near the New Nakoda Industrial Area, which is usually quite busy with people moving goods around. It’s mostly just rows of fabric and the sound of machines running when you walk inside. At Ram Textiles, we don't really go for the flashy office look. The walls have seen better days but the work gets done. It’s a practical setup at Plot No. 1. Working with textiles means there is always lint in the air and stacks of finished goods waiting for the trucks to pick them up. Sometimes the colors get everywhere if we are doing a lot of dyeing that week. It’s a local business and most of the guys who work here have been around for years. We know the neighbors and the tea stall nearby is where we usually end up during the afternoon break. The heat in the warehouse can be a bit much during the summer months but we have some fans going to keep it manageable. It’s just a regular factory doing regular textile work for the local market and beyond. People stop by to check on their orders or just to see what we have in stock. We don't do much advertising, word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough throughout the season. We just keep making the fabrics and getting the bundles ready.
