Jayesh Fabrics

We've been here at E-132 in Basni Phase II for a while now. It's a busy part of Jodhpur, lots of dust and noise, but that's just how it is. Jayesh Fabrics isn't a fancy place. We mostly spend our days dealing with rolls of cloth and making sure things get loaded onto the trucks right. Sometimes the fans don't do much against the Rajasthan heat, but we keep moving. It's just a few of us here. We know most of the neighbors on this side of the industrial area. People stop by, ask about different materials, and we show them what's currently in the warehouse. There’s always a lot of tea drinking while discussing orders. It’s not always organized perfectly, but the work gets done. Most days start early before it gets too hot. We don't have a big office or anything, just the workspace and a small desk for the paperwork. If you walk down the road in Phase II, you'll see our gate. It’s a plain building, nothing special to look at from the outside. We’ve had the same guys working here for years, so we all know how the machines act up sometimes. It’s steady work. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just keeping the fabric moving and the customers sorted out with what they need for their own shops. We handle the paperwork on a wooden table that's been wobbling since the day we got it. That's pretty much life here.
