We are located near the I.T.I. College, specifically by the Mama Bhabja Chouraha. It’s a well-known intersection in this area, which makes it easy for the trucks to find us. This is where we handle all our stone work. The yard is usually filled with different kinds of blocks and slabs waiting to be processed or moved. It’s a noisy environment because of the machinery and the traffic from the Chouraha. We don't spend money on making the place look polished or modern. It’s a working stone yard, plain and simple. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for years. They know how to handle the heavy stuff safely. Most of our day is spent outside or in the open shed. We keep our paperwork in a little room near the entrance. It's nothing special to look at, just a place for the ledgers and the phone. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. The stone business is tough and messy, but it’s what we know. We see a lot of different people coming through the Chouraha. Sometimes they stop in to see what we have. We just give them the price and show them the stock. It’s a straightforward way to run a business near the college.
