Banas Stones Pvt. Ltd. is located at F-49 in the Riico Industrial Area. It’s a typical industrial setting with a lot of space for our stones and a small office on the side. The area is full of other businesses, so there are always trucks and workers moving around. We don't have a fancy entrance or any big banners hanging up. We just have our name on the gate and we get to work. Most of our day is spent outdoors or in the warehouse area. It’s a lot of physical effort, and it can get quite dusty, but that’s just how it is in this industry. We don’t use any polished corporate language or talk about ourselves in a grand way. We just show up and do what’s required. The team here is small and we’ve all been doing this for a long time. We know the Riico area well and we like being part of the industrial community here. We don't make a big deal out of the work we do. We just make sure the stones are handled right and the paperwork is finished. It’s a straightforward job and we like the simplicity of it. Every day is pretty much the same, and that suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. No fuss needed.
