Sopon Caterer

I’m with Sopon Caterer. We are based out of House Number 270 in Kanu Bhatta, which is in Nand Nagar. It’s more of a residential area than a commercial hub, which we like. We do our cooking and planning right here at this address. We’ve been catering for the people in Nand Nagar and the nearby colonies for a while now. It’s a small operation, mostly family members and a few extra helpers when we get busy. We don’t have a big restaurant front or a shop window. People usually come right to the house to discuss what they need for their upcoming parties or events. We do all types of local food that people in this area enjoy. Kanu Bhatta is a quiet spot, and we like the peace while we work. We spend a lot of our time sourcing fresh stuff from the local markets nearby. It’s not a polished corporate business by any means. We have our big pots and pans and we get to work when an order comes in. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to set up at a venue, but we always start our day here in Nand Nagar. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just cook food for people’s special days and try to do it right. It’s hard work and the hours are long, especially during the wedding season. We just try to do right.
