Our place is at Plot No. 1 on Dabur Lane, right off Barnai Road near the Post Office in Muthi. It’s a busy little corner of the world. You can always hear the cars and bikes going by on the main road, but down Dabur Lane it gets a little more relaxed. We spend most of our hours inside this building dealing with the food products. It’s a simple setup, really. We have some shelves, a few desks that have seen better days, and the equipment we need to do our jobs. People often stop by asking for directions to the post office because it’s so close. We don't mind. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the furniture. The building is sturdy, though it could probably use a fresh coat of paint if we ever find the time to stop working for a day. We keep the floor swept and the lights on. Usually, someone has a radio playing somewhere in the back, mostly just for background noise while we sort through things. It isn't the sort of place you see in a magazine. It’s just where we work. We make sure everything is sorted and sent out where it needs to go. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on.
