3 Chinar Fast Food

You can find us at 3 Chinar Fast Food, right in the Chinar Building on Mocha Road. We’re out here in Bagh Mehtab, Srinagar. The shop is quite close to the railway bridge, so you can often hear the trains passing by while you’re eating. It’s a pretty busy spot during the day. We mostly do quick stuff because people around here are usually on their way to work or headed home. We’ve got the heaters going when it gets cold outside, which is often enough in Srinagar. The building is easy to spot on Mocha Road. We’ve been here for some time now, and we know most of the people who walk past our door. It’s a local neighborhood thing. We don't have a huge menu, just the things we can make fast and hot. Sometimes we run out of things by late afternoon if the crowd from the railway station is big. We just do the prep work in the morning and hope for a good day. It’s not a complicated life. We fix the chairs, wipe the counters, and keep the oil hot. Being near the bridge means we get a lot of travelers too. It’s nice to talk to someone new every now and then. If you’re ever around Bagh Mehtab, you’ll see our sign. We’re just a regular fast food joint that people like to visit for a quick bite.
