You can find New Jolly Caterers at Shop Number 10 in the Jda Shopping Complex at the Main Stop in Janipur. We’ve been here in Jammu for quite a while. The 180007 area is where we do all our cooking and planning. It’s a busy shopping complex, so there is always a lot of activity around the shop. We like being at the main stop because everyone knows where that is. It’s a simple shop, nothing too over the top. We spend most of our mornings getting things ready for the day's orders. Catering is hard work, and there are a lot of early starts. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything. Most of our customers are just people from Janipur or nearby who have seen us around. We just try to make sure the food is ready on time and that we have enough hands to help out. It gets a bit hot in the kitchen during the summers, but that’s part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep the shop running and make sure our neighbors are happy with what we provide. That’s how we have always done things at New Jolly Caterers. We use local supplies when we can and just keep the menu to things we know how to do well. It's a basic way to run a business but it works for us. Our shop is easy to spot from the main road.
