Frozen World

Frozen World is based at Shop No. 22 in Sector-2 of Channi Himmat. If you walk into our shop, the first thing you’ll notice is the constant hum of the deep freezers. It’s actually quite a nice sound, especially when it’s boiling outside and you just want to stand near the cold air for a minute. We keep a variety of frozen items in stock, ranging from snacks to basic ingredients that people need for their dinners. The shop isn't huge, but we’ve crammed in as many freezer units as we can while still leaving enough room for people to walk around. Channi Himmat is a busy residential area, so we get a lot of locals dropping in on their way home from work to grab something quick for the freezer. We spend a lot of our time checking the temperatures and making sure the stock is rotated so nothing stays in there too long. It’s a simple business, and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. Sometimes a freezer might act up and we have to scramble to move things around, which is always a bit of a headache. But mostly, it’s just about being there when people need something frozen for their home. We don't have a big team, usually just one or two of us behind the counter, keeping an eye on the shop and chatting with the regulars who come in every week.
