Amritsari Kulcha Nan is our shop in Jammu. We are located at the Trikuta Shopping Complex on Bc Road. The pin code is 181133. We are right by the Bus Stand in Jammu & Kashmir. This means we are in one of the busiest parts of the city. There are always people coming and going from the buses. Our place is not a big corporate restaurant. It’s just a shop in the complex. We focus on making the kulchas and nans. It’s a very fast environment because people are often in a rush to catch their bus. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or marketing plans. We just open the shop and start working. The shopping complex has its own character and we’ve been here for a while. Jammu can get quite cold in the winter, and that’s when the kitchen feels the best. In the summer, it’s a different story, but we are used to it. We don’t do any advertising. People find us because of where we are located. We have a small staff and we all do a bit of everything. It’s a simple, honest business. We just want to serve the food and keep the shop running. We see a lot of new faces every day because of the bus stand nearby. It’s a busy life but it keeps us going from morning till night.
