K.L Caterers is our small business over in Dhok Paloura. If you are in Paloura, Jammu, you probably know where the Ashok Kirana Store is located. We are right near there. It’s a 181121 area. We’ve been cooking and serving food for people around here for quite a while now. It’s hard work and the hours are long, but we enjoy it. The kitchen is always busy with something. Usually, it smells like spices, fresh bread, and whatever we’re prepping for the next party or event. We don't have a flashy website or a big marketing team behind us. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know our faces. Being near the Ashok Kirana Store is handy because everyone knows where that is and can find us without a map. We just focus on making sure the food is ready on time and tastes right. Sometimes things get a little chaotic in the kitchen when we have two big orders at once, but we always manage to pull it off. It’s a family-run kind of thing, really. Jammu is a place where people love their food and their big gatherings, so we try to keep up with that. We don't talk about things like "excellence" or "quality" in fancy ways; we just cook and deliver the trays. If the pots are bubbling and the staff is moving, we’re happy. We’ve lived in Paloura for years, so this is our community. We treat every job like it’s for a neighbor.
