Yuvaswarajya Farmer Producer Company Limited

This company is based in Ghansawangi at house number 304, which belongs to Dnyaneshwar Pandurang Kale. We are a group that focuses on the younger generation of farmers, hence the name Yuvaswarajya. Many of us took over from our fathers and grandfathers, but we realized that the old ways of selling produce weren't cutting it anymore. We needed a proper structure. So, we formed this producer company. It's a bit of a mix of old knowledge and new ideas. We spend a lot of time at the house in Ghansawangi talking about how to improve our yields without ruining the soil. We don’t use big words or have a grand mission statement written on the wall. We just want to make sure we can sustain our families. The work is hard and the hours are long, especially during harvest time. We handle the paperwork ourselves and try to understand the market prices as best as we can. It’s not always easy to balance the farming with the business side, but we are learning. Being a producer company lets us buy things like seeds or tools in bulk, which saves everyone a bit of money. It’s a practical solution to the problems we face every day.
