Vedanshri Agro Producer Company Limited is based in Khandala. That is in the Bhokardan taluka, which is part of the Jalna district. We use Shri Baburao Kaduba’s place as our main office. We are a producer company, so we are made up of local farmers from this area. We don't have a big fancy headquarters with lots of employees. It’s just a few of us working out of a house in the village. Khandala is a quiet place, but we stay busy with the crops. We spend our time figuring out how to get the best for our produce and making sure everyone in the group is on the same page. It’s not always easy. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate or the market prices are low. We don't pretend to have all the answers. We just work together to find a way through. We don't have a marketing team or any glossy brochures. Most people in the village know us already. We just speak plainly about the work that needs to be done. It is a humble operation, but it means a lot to the people here. We’ve been at this for some time and we plan to keep going. We are just local people trying to make the most of what we have.
