Rajveer Patil Dungahu Agro is based in Shirala, which is part of the Jafrabad tehsil in Jalna district. You can find us at House Number 131. It is a small place but it serves our needs just fine. We have a lot of farmers who come by during the day to talk about their crops. The village of Shirala is where most of us grew up. We decided to put this company together to help manage the agricultural side of things here. It is not a big corporate setup. We have a table and some chairs where we sit and go over the accounts. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get much done, especially when the roads get muddy. We handle a lot of the local produce that comes through this part of Jalna. Everyone knows everyone else around here, so work feels more like helping out friends. We don't have a website or anything like that yet. We just rely on people coming to the house and talking to us directly. It is a very practical way to run a business. We focus on the daily tasks like seeds and soil. There is always something to do in the fields, so the office is often empty during the peak season. We just keep moving forward one day at a time here in the village. It is honest work and it keeps us busy enough.
