Hatote Agro Producer Company Limited

Hatote Agro Producer Company Limited is based out of Mahakala in the Ambad area of Jalna. We use Dilip Chandrabhan Hatote’s place as our main point of contact. We are a group of farmers who decided to pool our resources together. It gets pretty dry out here in Jalna, so we have to be careful about what we grow and how we sell it. Our company isn't run by executives in suits. It’s run by people who know what it’s like to work in the sun all day. We spend most of our time figuring out how to get seeds or better prices for our grain and vegetables. It’s a lot of coordination work. We don't have a website with flashy photos or a mission statement that sounds like it came from a textbook. We just want to make sure our families can keep farming and that the work pays off. Sometimes we meet under a tree to discuss things because it’s cooler than being inside. We handle the business side so the individual growers can focus on their land. It’s a community thing more than anything else. We take it one day at a time and try to keep the wheels turning. If you need to find us, just head to Mahakala and ask for the Hatote place. We are usually around there somewhere working on something.
