You can find us at House Number 30 in the village of Kandhari Kh. This is part of the Badanapur Tehsil in Jalna district. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We aren't some big city firm with a bunch of suits. We are just local people who know about farming and decided to start Kayande Agro. The office is right there in the village, so it’s easy for anyone to drop by. Jalna is known for being quite dry, and that definitely affects how we work. We have to be very careful with how we plan our cycles. Most of the time, our meetings are held in the courtyard or inside the small office space at H. No. 30. We talk about the crops, the water situation, and how to get the produce to the market without losing too much money. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but we manage. We don't have any polished speeches or high-end equipment. We use what we have and we work with the people we've known since we were kids. It’s about being part of the community in Kandhari. Every day brings something different, whether it’s a breakdown of a tractor or a good price at the market. We just take it as it comes and try to keep moving forward. It is a lot of effort every day.
