We are over here at House Number 266 in Pagirwaditq. It is a small place in Ambad, which is part of the Jalna district. Most of us around here grew up around these fields, so starting Yoddha Agro Producer Company Limited just felt like the next step for the folks in this neighborhood. We do not have a big fancy office with glass doors or anything like that. It is just a room where we sit down and figure out what needs to happen with the crops and the tools. Some days it is very hot outside and the dust gets everywhere, but we stay busy. People stop by to talk about the rain or why the prices are changing again. We try to keep things simple because that is how life is in Jalna. You wake up early, see what the weather is doing, and then get to work. There is not much time for talking about big ideas when there are things to be moved and seeds to be sorted. If you walk down the road in Pagirwadi, you will find us. We are just local people trying to make a go of it. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we handle it one page at a time. It is not about being the biggest or anything like that, it is just about being here and doing the work that needs doing every day without making a fuss. That is basically us.
