Over at H.No.350 in Delegavhan, things stay pretty busy. We are Vilas Shetkari Producer Company Limited. It’s a group of farmers from around the Jafrabad area. Jalna can get pretty dry, so we spend a lot of time worrying about water and the soil. This isn't some corporate setup. It’s just local folks working together. We use the house for our meetings and to keep our records straight. Delegavhan is a quiet spot, and that suits us fine. We mostly look at how to get our produce to the right places. It's a struggle sometimes, but being part of a producer company helps a bit. We don’t have fancy chairs or a front desk. You just walk up to the house. The name on the sign says Vilas Shetkari, but we are just neighbors. We talk about prices, seeds, and the next harvest. It's practical work. No one here is trying to be a salesman. We just want to get the farming done right. Sometimes the rain helps, sometimes it doesn't. We just keep going. Having a base in Jafrabad makes it easier for the local guys to drop by. We’ve been here for a bit now and we know the land well. It’s just life in the village, really. We don't have a mission statement, just a lot of crops to look after. Everyone here knows each other and we help out when someone’s tractor breaks down or the crops need extra hands.
