Udhan Agrotech Producer Company Limited

We started Udhan Agrotech Producer Company Limited right here in Shelgaon, specifically over at Shri Arjun Sampatrao Udhan’s place. It is a quiet spot in Badnapur but we stay pretty busy with the day-to-day work. Most people around here know us because we are local folks trying to get things done for the farmers in this area. It isn't a fancy setup or anything like that. We just have our office and the space we need to manage the agricultural side of things. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get around, but we manage. People stop by when they need to talk about seeds or what’s happening in the fields this season. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to file paperwork. It is mostly about the land and making sure the crops get what they need at the right time. Being in Shelgaon means we are close to the people we work with every single day. We handle a lot of different tasks, from checking on the supplies to talking with the other growers nearby. It’s hard work, and the days can be long when the sun is out, but that is just how it goes in this business. We are just a group of people from the village trying to make the farm work go a little smoother for everyone involved. It isn't always perfect, but we keep showing up every morning to do our bit for the community.
