Tirthpuri Mahila Hi-Tech Producer Company Limited is a local group based in Tirthpuri, which is in the Ghansawangi taluka of Jalna. Our address is at Ga.No.247, and it is right in the heart of the village area. We are a group of women who decided to come together to handle the farming and producer business in our own way. Even though the name says "Hi-Tech," our daily life is very grounded in the local community. We spend a lot of time meeting in small groups to discuss the work. Jalna can be a very dry place, so we are always talking about water and how to keep the crops healthy. We do not have a fancy corporate building. We work from a simple space where we can gather and store our records. It is often loud with the sound of children nearby and the usual village activities. We handle everything ourselves, from the planning to the bookkeeping. It is a lot of responsibility, and we are still learning many things as we go. We do not have a big budget for marketing or fancy signs. We just rely on each other and our knowledge of the local land. It is honest, hard work that we do alongside our regular household chores. Every day brings a new challenge, but we just deal with it one step at a time.
