Tejshree Agrotech is just us local farmers from Jalna working together to make things run a bit smoother. We have our small office at P.N.16 in the Jpc Bank Colony, right there near Agresen Nagar on the Kharpudi Road. It’s not a fancy place by any means, just somewhere we can sit down and handle the paperwork that comes with farming these days. We deal with seeds and crops, mostly stuff that grows well in this part of the state. The road outside can get pretty dusty when the trucks go by, but that’s just how it is here. We started this company because it was getting harder to handle everything as individuals. Sometimes the rains are late or the prices at the market just aren't fair, so we figured we'd be better off as a group. We spend most of our time out in the fields, so if you come by the office and nobody's there, we're probably checking on the soil or seeing how the harvest is coming along. We don't have any polished marketing talk or big corporate goals. We’re just regular people who know the land and want to make sure our families are taken care of. Most of us have been farming since we were young, following our fathers. It’s hard work, especially in the heat, but it’s what we know. We just want to keep things simple and keep the farm going through the good times and the bad ones.
