Our office is at House Number 845 in the town of Mantha, within the Jalna district. Suvarnaagro Farmers Producer Company Limited is a local effort by people who actually know what a day's work feels like. We aren't tucked away in a high-rise building. We are right here in the town where we can see the people we work with every day. Jalna can be a tough place for farming when the rains don't come on time. We spend a lot of time worrying about that and talking about how to manage the water we have. It is a simple setup with a few desks and some old filing cabinets. We don't have a big marketing team telling us what to say. We just speak the way we always have. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times it’s full of farmers who are frustrated or happy about their crops. We listen to all of it. We try to help with the seeds and the selling, but it is not always easy to get things right. There is a lot of red tape and paperwork that we have to fight through. We are just trying to make it a bit simpler for everyone involved. The road outside is usually busy with tractors and carts. It is a noisy, dusty, and real place to work. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else because this is where our roots are.
