We are out here in Jalna district, specifically in a village called Padli. Our office is at G.No. 35 in the Badnapur subdivision. Sustainable Way For Agriculture Development Farmer Producer Company Limited is a long name for what we do, which is mostly just helping local farmers handle their business. The landscape around here is mostly farms, and that’s where you’ll find most of us during the day. We set this up because individual farmers in Jalna often have a hard time getting things done alone. When you come to Padli, it’s a quiet place compared to the big cities. We don’t have any fancy signage or a big glass building. It’s just a room where we can sit down and talk about the seeds, the rain, and the prices we are getting. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit outside. We don’t use any complicated words or corporate talk. We just speak plain Marathi and English about what needs to be done. It’s a lot of work, and some days are better than others. But we are all from around here, so we understand the struggles the people face in this part of Maharashtra. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day at G.No. 35. It's not glamorous, but it is real life for us here and we take it as it comes.
