We are located at Gat Number 162 in Jafrabad, right here in the Jalna district. The office is at Siema Balkrushna Hiva’s spot. We call ourselves Supdma Agritech Farmer Producer Company Limited. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but we’re just a local bunch of folks. In the 431203 area, farming is what most people do, and we are no different. We spend our days dealing with the realities of the soil and the weather in Maharashtra. Some days are good, some are a struggle, but that’s just how it is. We don't have a fancy corporate building. Our space is lived-in and looks like any other working farm area. We focus on the agritech side of things, trying to find better ways to handle our crops, but we do it in a very hands-on, practical way. No one here wears a tie. We’re more likely to be in dusty clothes from being out in the fields. We started this company because we wanted to have a better way to manage our resources together. It’s about helping each other out in Jafrabad. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we keep moving forward. We know everyone around here, and they know us. It’s a small-town life where the work is tied to the seasons. We just keep our heads down and do the best we can with what we have.
