S.R.Rajput Agro Producer Company Limited

Over here in Palaskheda, we’ve got S.R.Rajput Agro Producer Company Limited. It’s based out of Swruchnd Harichndra’s place in Bhokardan. Jalna is where we do all our farming, and it gets pretty dry sometimes, so we decided to team up. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that, just some folks from the village trying to deal with the markets. Dealing with traders on your own is tough, so having this company helps us stand together. We grow what the land allows, mostly focused on the local crops that handle the Jalna heat. Everyone around here knows each other. We spend most of our time out in the fields or sitting around at the post office area talking about rain. The address is just a house in the village where we keep our papers and meet up when there’s something important to decide. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our life. We try to help each other get the right fertilizers and seeds without getting cheated. Sometimes we get it right, sometimes we learn a hard lesson. That’s just farming for you. We keep moving forward because we have to. The fields won't plow themselves, and the crops won't wait. It’s a lot of manual labor and hoping for a good monsoon every year. We’re just local people doing what needs to be done. It's really just that simple for us here.
