Sinthal Agro Farmer Producer Companylimited is based out of Argade Gaon. If you know the Ghansawangi area, you probably know how the land is around here. We are located at Gut Number 53. It is just a regular spot where a few of us gathered to start this company. We are all farmers first. Our days start early in the fields and usually end late. Jalna can be a tough place for farming because of the water situation, but we manage. We formed this group because it is hard to do everything alone. Buying things like fertilizer or selling the grain is better when you have a few neighbors with you. We are not doing anything fancy. We just wanted a legal way to work together. The office is really just a place to keep the books and meet up. Most of the time, you will find us out in the dirt. We grew up here and our families have been farming this land for a long time. It is not a big corporate thing with suits and meetings. It is just us talking about the weather, the prices at the market, and how the crops are looking this season. Sometimes things go well, sometimes they do not, but that is just how it is with farming. We are just local people trying to keep our farms running and our families fed. There is no magic to it, just keeping at it every day.
