Our company is based at House Number 350 in Rohilagad, which is part of the Ambad area in Jalna. Siddheshwar-Hanuman Agro Producer Company Limited was started by people who actually work the land. We aren't sitting in some fancy city office; we are right here where the crops grow. A lot of us have known each other for years, so it felt natural to start working together more formally. We deal with the day-to-day problems that every farmer in Jalna knows about. Whether it’s getting the right supplies or dealing with the market, it’s always something. We don't use big fancy words because they don't help the plants grow. Instead, we just talk about what we need and how to get it done. The house we use for the office is always a bit cluttered with papers and bags, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation. We just want to make sure that the people farming around Rohilagad can keep their heads above water. It is a tough job and the hours are long, but we like being our own bosses. If you see us out in the fields or near the house, we're probably just discussing the next harvest. It's a simple life but it's what we know. We just take it one day at a time and hope for good rain.
