Our company is based in Dodadgaon, which is in the Ambad taluka of Jalna district. You can find us at House Number 215. We go by the name Shri Sant Wamanbhau Agro Producer Company. We are a small group of local people who know everything there is to know about farming in this part of Jalna. It gets very hot here, and that’s the main thing we talk about most days. We spend a lot of time figuring out how to manage the water and keep the crops healthy when it’s dry. Our office at H. No. 215 is just a simple room with some benches and a few tables for our books. We don’t use much high-tech equipment. A lot of our business is just done by talking to people face-to-face. Farmers stop by after they finish their work in the fields to see what’s going on. We talk about seed prices and how the rain looks for next month. It’s more of a community gathering than a corporate office. We don’t have a public relations person. We just say things as they are. If a harvest is looking thin, we don’t try to sugarcoat it. Ambad is a good place for farming if you are willing to put in the hours. We’ve been working this land for as long as we can remember, and the company is just our way of staying organized.
