Shree Saymba Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our office is located at Yogesh Ganpat Diwate’s place, known as Diwatebhawan, over in Sillod. We are a farmer producer company that focuses on the work being done in this part of the region. It’s a group of us who decided that working together would be better than everyone doing their own thing. We spend a lot of time at Diwatebhawan going over the books and planning for the next planting season. Sillod is a busy area and there is always something going on with the local agriculture. We aren't a big corporate entity, just a bunch of local guys who know the land. We don't go in for any of that marketing talk because it doesn't really apply to what we do. It’s mostly about physical labor and making sure the crops are looked after. Sometimes we have meetings that go on for a long time because everyone has a different opinion on things. That is just part of being a producer company. We try to keep everything moving forward even when the weather or the prices are against us. It’s a practical life and we don't expect things to be easy. We just show up every day and do what needs to be done for the company and our families here in Sillod. It’s a bit messy at times, but it’s our business.
