Shivsurajya Agro Shetkari Producer Company Limited

Our group is located in Chinchkheda, which is part of the Sillod area here in Aurangabad. We use Datta Sukhadev Gavande’s place as our main point of contact for the company. We are just a bunch of local farmers who decided to stop working entirely on our own. It’s tough when you’re just one person trying to deal with everything from seeds to selling. So, we started Shivsurajya Agro Shetkari Producer Company Limited. It sounds like a big name, but it’s really just us neighbors. We spend most of our time out in the fields, not sitting in an office. Farming in Sillod has its ups and downs depending on the weather. We grow what the land allows and then we try to get it to market. We aren't doing any big marketing or anything fancy. We just share our tools and what we know about the crops. Sometimes we sit around and talk about the prices or the rain for hours. It’s a simple way of living. We don't have a lot of money for polished signs or websites. Most of the people around here know us anyway. We are just trying to make the farm work pay off a bit better for everyone involved. It takes a lot of effort every day, and we just keep at it. There’s no secret to it, just hard work and hoping for a good harvest. Every season is different and we just handle things as they come.
