Shivsharada Farmer Producer Company Limited is our little outfit based in Aurangabad Pimpri Raja. We set up our main operations near the Bramhand Maharaj Trust. Most of us working here are just local folks who have been farming in this district for years. We spend the bulk of our time out in the fields or sitting in the office trying to figure out how to get the crops to the market. It gets pretty dusty and hot around here, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't some big city corporation with a lot of money. We are just a group of people who needed a better way to organize ourselves. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with grain samples and folders, and the paperwork can be a real headache. It isn't always easy to get everyone to agree on things, but we manage somehow. You can usually find someone hanging around the office near the Trust if the weather isn't too rough for travel. We try to keep things practical and simple. No fancy talk or big promises. Just a group of neighbors from the Aurangabad area trying to make sure our hard work pays off. The roads can be a mess when it rains, which makes moving things a challenge. We know every pothole on these paths by now. If you're coming through Pimpri Raja, you'll see where we are. It’s just a place where we get our work done. We often have a lot of tea while we wait for the rain to stop so we can get back to the fields.
