Shiveshwar Agrotech Producer Company Limited

We are based in a small place called Mchincholi in the Ghansawangi area of Jalna. The office is at Shri Prakash Tukaram Hemke’s house. It’s a real rural setup, far away from the noisy streets of the bigger towns. We chose this because the farmers we work with live right here. Our company deals with agrotech, which sounds fancy, but mostly it's about finding better tools and methods for the people in the fields. We don't have a big budget for advertising or making our place look like a corporate headquarters. It’s just a room with some files and a few chairs for visitors. We spend a lot of our time out on the farms rather than sitting behind a desk. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up because we’re too busy helping someone with their tractor or checking on a field. That’s just how it goes here. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just want to do our job and help the local community grow. It’s a slow life, and we like it that way. We face the same struggles as everyone else in Jalna, like the heat and the lack of water, but we stay together and try to figure things out as a group. It isn't a perfect system, but it's what we have and we make it work every day. People around here know us and we know them, which is enough.
