Shivchhatrachhaya Producer Company Limited is based at Gat Number 360 in Banegaon. That’s in the Ghansawangi area of Jalna district. We are basically a bunch of neighbors who decided to pool our resources together a while back. Farming in Jalna is what we know. Most of us were born here and have been working the soil since we were old enough to walk. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. Our place is just a functional building where we manage the collective business and talk about the harvest. It's a way for us to get better deals on things like fertilizer and help each other when the harvest is ready. We don't do a lot of advertising because everyone around here already knows who we are and what we grow. We just focus on the work. It’s not always pretty, and the paperwork can be a real headache, but it’s better than trying to do everything alone. We handle everything from the seeds to the final sale right from Banegaon. If you’re ever out this way in Ghansawangi, you’ll see our fields and maybe some of us working. We’re just regular people. We don't have any big slogans or goals other than keeping our farms healthy. We just try to keep the company on track. It’s a simple way of living, and we’re proud of what we do. We just keep moving forward, season after season.
