We are based out of a house in Babulgaon, which is in the Bhokardan area of Jalna. Shivansh Farmtech Producer Companylimited is mostly just a few of us working together to help with the local farming needs. It is a quiet place for the most part, until the sowing season starts. Then everyone is in a rush. Our office is simple, just some chairs and a table where we talk about what the crops need. We don't have any big signs or flashy stuff. People know where we are if they need help with their farm technology or just want to discuss the weather. Jalna can get pretty hot, so we usually get the heavy work done early in the morning. We spend a lot of time on our feet, visiting different plots and seeing how the plants are growing. It’s a lot of walking and talking. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we do things the old way with notebooks and pens. It works fine for us. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation. We just want to make sure the farmers in Babulgaon have what they need to get through the season. There are always challenges, like pests or not enough rain, but we deal with them as they come. It’s a basic life, but we like it this way. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily chores and the neighbors.
