We are a group of farmers here in Sawargao, Jalna. Shivadada Agritech Farmer Producer Company Limited was started because we wanted to work together instead of everyone doing their own thing. Our office is actually at Shri Shivaji Santram's place at G.No.330. It isn't a big fancy building or anything, just a spot where we meet up to talk about the crops and how to handle the current season. Farming in this part of Maharashtra has its ups and downs. Sometimes the rain is good, and other times it is quite a struggle. By coming together as a producer company, we help each other out with seeds or figuring out where to sell what we grow. It's mostly about the local community here in Jalna. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us, the people who actually work the land every day. You can usually find someone around the place if you have questions about what's growing right now. We deal with the usual stuff you find around Sawargao. It's hard work, and we are just trying to make sure the farmers get a fair deal for the effort they put in. We started this because we saw a real need for it in our village. It's been a learning process for all of us, getting the paperwork right and making sure everyone is on the same page. We just take it day by day and try to improve things for the families involved here. Our doors are open if you happen to be passing through.
