Shital Bade Agro Producer Company Limited is located in the village of Mahakala, which is part of the Ambad taluka in Jalna. Our main point of contact is House Number 103. It’s a small operation, mostly run by people who live right here in the area. We deal with agricultural production, which basically means we spend our time worried about the rain and the quality of the seeds we are using. Being in Jalna, we are used to the challenges of farming in this part of Maharashtra. We don't have a big staff or a marketing budget. Everything we do is very direct and local. People know us by name, and we know them. If someone has a question about the agro business, they just come over to the house in Mahakala and we talk it over. It’s a practical way of doing things that works for us. We started the company to give ourselves a better way to handle the business side of our farms. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we make mistakes, but we are just trying to do our best for our families and the other farmers around here. We stay focused on the work at hand and don't worry too much about looking like a big corporation. We’re just a village-based company doing what we know how to do. There is always work to be done in the fields and we are right there doing it.
