Sant Kondibaba Shetkari Producer Company Limited

Over in Kinhola, which is part of the Badnapur area, we have our small setup for Sant Kondibaba Shetkari Producer Company Limited. We use House Number 5, belonging to Kalyan Kashinath Bhujang, as our main point for gathering. It’s a simple village home where we keep our records and meet up after the day's work is finished. Being farmers, we don't have much time for sitting in offices, so most of our real business happens out in the fields around Kinhola. We named the company after Sant Kondibaba to keep that local spirit alive. Most of us have been farming these same plots for decades, and we finally decided that forming a company would help us get better deals on things like fertilizer and seeds. It’s not a polished operation by any means. There’s usually dirt on the floor and stacks of bags waiting to be moved. We talk about the things that matter to us, like the price of diesel and whether the monsoon will be enough this year. We don't use big words or have complicated plans. We just want to grow our crops, take care of our livestock, and make sure we can support our kids. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we help each other through it. It’s just how life works here in the district, neighbors helping neighbors to get by.
