S T Gadekar Agro Producer Company Limited is based at House Number 101 in Sakalgaon. If you know the Ghansawangi area in Jalna, you probably know where we are. It’s a basic setup where a few of us get together to manage our farming business. We aren't some big city company with a lot of money. We’re just local people who grow stuff and want to sell it for a fair price. The house is where we store our records and have our meetings when we aren't busy in the fields. Most of our time is spent outdoors anyway. Farming around here can be tough because of the weather, so we decided to pool our resources. It helps with getting seeds and moving the harvest. Sometimes the logistics don't work out perfectly, but we do our best. We’ve been living in Sakalgaon for a long time, so we know everyone around. It felt natural to start this company to help ourselves and our neighbors. There’s no big marketing team here. It’s just us writing things down and trying to keep the accounts straight. We focus on the practical side of things, like which fertilizer works or when to start the planting. It's hard work, but it's what we know. If someone needs to find us, they just come to the village and ask for the Gadekar place. We're usually around, either working or taking a short break before the next task begins. It is what it is.
