S Hatote Agro Producer Company Limited

We are another group based in Churmapuri, but our office is at house number 223. S Hatote Agro Producer Company Limited is where we focus on the agro side of things for our community in Ambad, Jalna. Being in a small village means we don't have a lot of resources, so we share what we have. Our company is a way for us to pool our crops and buy our supplies together. It’s much more practical than everyone trying to do it on their own. The house where we meet is a typical village home. We don't have air conditioning or fancy printers. We write things down by hand mostly and use our phones to check the market rates. It’s a lot of physical labor followed by a bit of sitting around and trying to plan for the future. The weather is always on our minds because it dictates everything we do. If the rain is late, we are all stressed. If it’s a good year, we celebrate a bit. We are just regular people who know a lot about farming and not much about big business. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. That’s why we started this company—to keep things simple for the farmers in our part of Jalna. We help each other out with equipment and advice whenever someone needs it.
