Rsk Agrovet Farmer Producer Company Limited is located in Pirola, over in the Sillod area of Aurangabad. We operate out of Tejrao Kale’s place. It’s a group of farmers who decided to team up because doing everything alone was getting too difficult. The market changes so fast and it’s hard to keep up when you’re out in the fields all day. We deal with various agro products and try to support each other. Some of us have been farming for decades, while others are newer to it. Aurangabad has good soil if you treat it right. We talk about fertilizers, pests, and how to get our stuff to the buyers without losing money. It’s not a glamorous life. There’s a lot of dust and sweat. We don't have big marketing teams or anything. We just talk to each other and make decisions as a group. Sometimes we disagree on things, but that’s how it goes when you have a lot of different opinions. We just want to keep our farms running and maybe save a little bit for the future. It’s practical work. We spend more time on our tractors than behind a desk. That’s just the way it is here in Pirola. We’re just trying to do right by our families and the land we work on every day. It is about keeping the tradition alive while trying to be a bit more organized.
