Rangrao Patil Agro Producer Company Limited

Rangrao Patil Agro Producer Company Limited is based out of H. No. 117 in Bangaon. That is in the Ambad area of Jalna district. If you know the road, it is easy to find, but for others, it is just another house in the village. We spend most of our time out in the sun, so the office is mostly for keeping the books and storing some supplies. Jalna gets quite hot, and that affects how we work and what we can grow at different times of the year. We are just regular farmers who decided to put our names together on some official papers. There isn't a big story behind it, just a need to get our produce moved to the markets without losing too much money. We talk a lot about the soil and which wells are still holding water. Sometimes we meet up in the evenings to complain about the electricity or the price of diesel. It’s a group effort, really. Nobody here is wearing a suit or sitting in an air-conditioned room. We are usually covered in a bit of dirt and thinking about the next harvest. We just do our best with what we have here in Bangaon. It is a practical way of living and we don't expect things to change overnight. We just keep working the land and helping each other out when we can. That is how things are done here.
